After multiple casting and director changes, we finally have our first look at Danny Boyle’s Steve Jobs. The second film about the founder of Apple in as many years, Steve Jobs is based on a script by Aaron Sorkin, who adapted Walter Issacon’s book for the big screen.
Michael Fassbender stars as the film’s title character, but the supporting cast accounts for one of the most exciting casts this year. Kate Winslet stars as Joanna Hoffman, former marketing cheif of Macintosh. Seth Rogen plays Apple cofounder Steve Wozniak. Jeff Daniels plays the role of John Scully, former Apple CEO. The film also costars Katherine Waterston and Michael Stuhlbarg. Steve Jobs is set to hit theaters October 9.
