Creed Trailer

In 1976, one of the greatest underdog stories of all time opened in theaters. Greeted with both box office and critical success, Rocky would go on to win best picture and spawn no less than five sequels. Almost 40 years later, The Italian Stallion’s story continues, only this time he is not the main character.

Michael B. Jordan stars as Adonis Johnson Creed, son of Rocky’s nemesis turned ally Apollo Creed. Sylvester Stallone steps back into the shoes of his most iconic role, only this time he is the Mick of the story. Also starring Tessa Thompson and directed by Ryan Cooler, Creed is set to open November 25.

The former World Heavyweight Champion Rocky Balboa serves as a trainer and mentor to Adonis Creed, the son of his late friend and former rival Apollo Creed.

About Author

I never knew how movies could make your imagination soar until I saw "Star Wars," I never realized how inspiring they could be until I saw "Rocky," and I never truly appreciated film until I saw "Goodfellas." Film has been a central part of my life as long as I can remember and it continues to mold who I am. My " movies to watch" list is miles longer than my "movies I have watched" list. My only regret is not having enough time to watch them all.
