It’s been 9 years since The Lonely Island gave us the cult classic Hot Rod. This June, the musical group marks their return to the big screen with Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. Lonely Island frontman plays hit musical star Connor4Real. The movie follows Connor’s career from its origins to its lowest points. The trailer highlights the films calvacade of stars, from P!nk and Sarah Silverman to Bill Hader and DJ Khaled.
Directed by Akiva Schaffer and Jorma Taccone from a script by Schaffer, Taccone and Samberg. Judd Apatow serves as one of the film’s producers. Poster: Never Stop Never Stopping hits theaters June 3.
